Bravo to all of our incredible dancers on an amazing performance! Your hard work, dedication, and talent truly shined on stage. We are so proud of each and every one of you!

Why a performance every other year instead of yearly?

Our approach is to ensure that each student develops as a dancer. When preparing for a performance, a lot of class time is dedicated to learning and rehearsing material for the show and less time is spent working on foundational elements of dance such as technique, alignment, balance, & strength. Our dancers develop a solid foundation and understanding of technique because they are able to focus on these essential elements during non-performance years. We also value the performance aspect of dance as an art form and find that doing a show every two years is an ideal balance of technical concentration and artistry. Due to diligent work being done in the studio during the non-show years, our dancers improve drastically between performances and bring a strong, well-developed skill set to the stage.

Note:  On non-performance years, some classes will have a small Showcase in the studio at the end of the year (May) for parents to come to see what the dancers have learned and how they have improved.
